The Street Fighter 4 Blog

abel1

The Street Fighter blog hasn’t written about anything in a very long time. This is apparent. And honestly it’s not like it matters because no one has even looked at this site so who really gives a crap right? Well hopefully this will all change in the coming months. I hope to feature tips for people new to the street fighter series. If all goes as plan people will be able to look up articles written on specific characters and we will go over different stuff as well as far as the game mechanics go for SF4. I hope to feature a bit of a pod cast as well that discuss some of the things that people new to street Fighter might not know about.

Now with that said, below is a test video I have done to test out my video captures. I’m still trying to finalize a look for this blog, I think it looks pretty cool right now, but who knows.

Test Video

It is a pretty old capture device I used on this. I think clearly I’ll have to spend some descent money to get this looking any good. Anyone know of any good cheap hd capture cards? Doubt it…

The interview doesn't reveal to much, but it is nice hearing how much he and his team are listening to the praises and complaints of the Street Fighter comminity. In the interview he discusses why they are making the game, a little bit about the console version, and he gives a message to the Street Fighter fans as well.

Street Fighter 4 In Arcades By Summer?

In a new interview with joystiq.com Yoshinori Ono, producer of Street Fighter 4, he states that the game will be out in arcades in Japan by summer. He mentions he has talked to some arcade dealers from the U.S about ordering some machines. Ono also says if everything goes well Americans could also be playing in their arcades by summer time.
Ono also mentions that there will be plenty of "new" characters for the hardcore Street Fighter fans to dig into. This should come as good news for those turned off by the throwback style SF4 currently has.

Why scavage the net for sf4 impressions when you can find them here? Here are some links from a few of the major websites on their impressions on Street Fighter 4. Notice how most of them talk about how it feels like a Street Fighter game, and how most of them rave about the graphics.
